Fred Luelmo – Chief Operating Officer

Fred Luelmo is responsible for day-to-day operations and node production. Since joining Seisnode as Chief Operating Officer in 2022, he has been involved in the company’s transition from startup to fully operational entity focusing on innovation, product delivery and operational readiness. He also serves as COO for “Subsea Provider” a joint venture with the Norwegian firm “Seismic Partner”, concentrating on node handling services including deployment, recovery & data delivery.

Fred holds a Master Of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Engineering & Logistics from the Delft University of Technology. Prior to Joining Seisnode he was the Service Quality manager for Halliburton’s UK & Europe Wireline department having previously held that role for the West & Central Africa area. He brings with him extensive field and management experience gained in the USA, Middle East, West & Central Africa and Europe as well as a focus on service quality and thorough knowledge of the HSE requirements of the upstream industry.
